What is the Auction Group?
The AUCTION GROUP is any and all Club Members who support Salmagundi by contributing funds to support the semi-annual Auctions. Everyone is welcome! The money raised is used for awards given to members who have created exceptional work for the Club’s fund-raising Auctions, as well as for the purchase of a few special works of art for the Auction Group Raffle.
Although the Auction Group Dinner will be held on Thursday, November 16th, WE NEED YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS NOW to fund the awards and the purchase of the artwork.
What are the benefits of contributing?
Participants can win a piece of art from the auction! Those participants who contribute a minimum of $65.00 (in addition to the price of dinner at $40.00 + Tax per person), will be included in a lottery for carefully selected artworks. You do not have to attend the dinner to be eligible to win. You do not have to participate in the raffle to attend the dinner.
You owe it to yourself to attend this delightful evening. It is one of Salmagundi’s friendliest and most enjoyable events!!
Can anyone participate?
ABSOLUTELY. Everyone is invited to attend this fabulous event! Your help is needed!
Please call Melba at 212.255.7740 (or email Mpagan@Salmagundi.org) to pledge your support - even if you are not attending the dinner! If you should choose not to participate in the lottery to win artwork, your gift will be considered a tax-deductible contribution to the Club.
All contributions are welcome and will be acknowledged!
