Library Doors open for artists at 10 am so artists can set up. No Easels in Library

Join us for an afternoon of live model drawing in the historic Salmagundi Club library on Sunday, February 16 at 11am-2 PM. Dry mediums only. Bring your own materials. This drawing session is limited to 15 spots, so sign up today! Don’t miss this rare opportunity to draw in a truly remarkable and inspiring place. 
Drawings can be viewed by the general public from 2:00 to 2:30 pm.

Participation is limited to 15 artists.

General public welcome and Open for public viewing from 4:00 pm to 4:30pm.
The Library Drawing Session: is in the graphite medium, pencils, charcoal, or red sanguine only. Silverpoint is allowed. Toned paper and white pencils/white chalk allowed. No Pastels, colored inks, ink wash or colored pencils. No drawing/board larger than 16” x 20”.
MODEL:  Two Models will be positioned in the Salmagundi Club library. Model will hold a single pose for three hours (breaking every 20 minutes for five minutes).
EASELS: No Easels allowed in Library. Artists to bring their own drawing materials and can work from the library tables or chairs. 
Size Limitation: No Drawing materials  larger than 16” x 20”.
RESERVATIONS: LIMITED 15 Spots available, first come first serve basis.
Tickets purchased in advance required. No tickets will be sold at the door.
