Alexander Hayden Alexander Hayden

Alexander Hayden's work is built from a desire for growth. His works in charcoal and oil analyze the process of managing human experience, the ambiguous and often contradictory thoughts & emotions that come with it, and the balance of emotion and structure. Born in Texas in 1993, Hayden moved to New York City (where he now resides) in 2017 to pursue involvement in the thriving environment of figurative art. Hayden is self taught, preferring to approach education independently through books & the internet. Alexander draws deeply on the events of his personal life as inspiration for his work, lacing the work directly with images and text from his writing and relationships. Alexander Hayden's work has been featured in several print magazines and shows across NYC.
